Refund and Return Policy

CLEARANCE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE CHECKED INDIVIDUALLY BEFORE SHIPPING TO ENSURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE.

- If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from purchase to request a return - please email: returns@elsaadmodesty.co.uk
Providing your order number, a reason for return and at least one photo of the product in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted if any labels and tags are removed.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN - PLEASE ENSURE THE PRODUCT MEETS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

- You are a UK customer

- The product was purchased in the last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund/return.

- The product has not been used or damaged - no signs of tear and wear, no makeup stains, perfume or deodorant residue on the product. All products are checked individually before shipping to ensure there is no damage.

- You have the proof of purchase.

- The product was not a clearance item.

- The product is still in it's original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

PLEASE NOTE

- Shipping costs are non-refundable

- You are responsible for paying the return costs. We will not offer you a refund until we receive the product, therefore we recommend sending your return with tracked shipping in case of any loss or damage. 

- If we receive the product and it shows any signs of tear and wear, we will not issue you a refund and will return the product to you. You are responsible for paying a fee of £3.99 for shipping it back to you.

- Refunds can take up to 14 days to process - if after 14 days you have not received your refund please email info@elsaadmodesty.co.uk
